Protein Powder

Homemade Protein Powder tastes great; it’s super filling and satisfying. It can be mixed into milk, juice, water, and foods like oatmeal and yogurt or can be used in baking.

Home-made Protein Powder

Appliance used:

Boss Nutri Pro Blender 550 Watt

 

Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml) 

  • 1/4th Cup Almonds
  • 1/4th Cup Pistachio
  • 1/4th Cup Peanuts
  • 1/4th Cup Walnuts
  • 1/4th Cup Cashew Nuts

Method:

  1. Roast the nuts individually in a pan on low flame for 2 – 3 minutes.
  2. Let the Nuts cool down completely.
  3. Add cooled down roasted nuts in Boss Nutri Pro Blender 550 Watt. Blend the ingredients to have powdered granules.
  4. Store the Protein Powder in an air-tight container.
