Homemade Protein Powder tastes great; it’s super filling and satisfying. It can be mixed into milk, juice, water, and foods like oatmeal and yogurt or can be used in baking.
Home-made Protein Powder

Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)
- 1/4th Cup Almonds
- 1/4th Cup Pistachio
- 1/4th Cup Peanuts
- 1/4th Cup Walnuts
- 1/4th Cup Cashew Nuts
- Roast the nuts individually in a pan on low flame for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Let the Nuts cool down completely.
- Add cooled down roasted nuts in Boss Nutri Pro Blender 550 Watt. Blend the ingredients to have powdered granules.
- Store the Protein Powder in an air-tight container.
