Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml) 

  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup almonds (optional)
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method:

  1. Combine dates and hot water in a bowl and allow dates to soften for approx. 5 minutes
  2. Add dates, milk, almonds, frozen banana and ice cubes in Boss Nutri Plus Blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and enjoy the healthy drink!
